Actual shipping costs are calculated on the check-out page when you enter your city, state and zip as they are based on weight and location. The quoted shipping price includes a $1.89 handling charge. Please note that UPS and FedEx shipments are insured automatically up to $100. There is no insurance for USPS Media Mail, but we do provide a delivery confirmation number. It will take 1-3 business days to process your order in addition to actual shipping times. We want you to be happy with your Siglio books. With the exception of limited editions, books may be returned within 30 days for a full refund so long as they are in mint condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.

Please contact us before returning books to request the correct return address.

If your book was improperly packaged or damaged by the shipper, our fulfillment house Bookmasters will handle your claim. Every shipment includes instructions from Bookmasters and a phone number to contact.
