LOS ANGELES:September 10 - December 10. An exhibition of the works from Tantra Song at the Santa Monica Museum of Art. If you’re on the West Coast, this is the only chance to see these stunning works in person. Bergamot Station, G1, 2525 Michigan Avenue.
LOS ANGELES: September 17. Opening reception for Something With Birds In It, a site-specific installation by the artist Richard Kraft at the Charlie James Gallery. 975 Chung King Road. Exhibition runs through October 29. Siglio will be releasing a book by Kraft in February 2013.
ST. LOUIS: September 19, Monday, 7:30 p.m. Danielle Dutton (SPRAWL) reads along with Bonnie Jo Campbell. River Styx at Duff’s Reading Series 37th Season. 392 North Euclid.
NEW YORK: September 29 – October 3. The New York Art Book Fair at MOMA P.S.1! Admission is free. And all Siglio titles will be 30% off. Look for Siglio on the first floor in room A, across the hall from the P.S.1/Artbook Store and Café.
LOS ANGELES: October 8, Saturday, 7 p.m. The Poetic Research Bureau presents a reading by poet Peter Gizzi whose new book Threshold Songs is just out from Wesleyan. He’ll read at the Charlie James Gallery, 975 Chung King Road.
NEW YORK: October 21, Friday, 6 - 8 p.m. Book launch for Book of Ruth by Robert Seydel at Printed Matter. Peter Gizzi, Richard Kraft, and poet and BOMB senior editor Mónica de la Torre will talk about Seydel, his process and his work. The conversation begins at 6 p.m. 195 Tenth Avenue.
