ORDERING FROM SIGLIO
We want your experience of ordering books from Siglio Press to be easy and efficient. We've described the process and our policies below. FREE WITH EVERY ORDER
Every order receives one packet of Siglio ephemera which might include any combination of the following: cards, pamphlets, booklets, broadsides, posters, bookmarks, etc. These collections are made specifically for Siglio. Their individual elements are not for sale, nor are they available anywhere else. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill any special requests. Go to EPHEMERA for more information.
SHIPPING & ORDER FULFILLMENT
During the check-out process, enter your address (or just city, state and zip) in order to get real-time shipping calculations from USPS, UPS and FedEx. Please note that shipping charges reflect the actual cost of shipping as well as $1.89 handling charge. We add a delivery confirmation for USPS media mail shipments but there is no insurance on these packages. UPS and FedEx are insured up to $100.
Limited Editions incur an $8.95 surcharge to cover extra insurance and special handling.
While we work hard to get orders out within 1-2 business days, please allow 3 business days to process and pack your order, in addition to actual shipping times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Siglio books.With the exception of limited editions, books may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund so long as the books are in mint condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
There are no returns on limited editions.
If your book was damaged by the UPS or FedEx, please hold on to the box as evidence of mishandling and contact us at immediately, so that a claim can be filed. USPS Media Mail shipments are not insured, so items damaged during shipment cannot be replaced nor refunded."

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is unfortunately very expensive as there is no more international parcel post from the U.S. Our shopping cart generates shipping charges that do not differentiate between destinations countries. It also bases the charges on International Priority Post because First Class International mail has weight limits and is not available to all countries. Therefore, if you live in Canada and Mexico, or if you want to inquire about whether the cheaper, first class alternative is available for your order, please phone in your order. On-line orders cannot be changed once they've been placed.
Please note that international shipments require a street address, and are not insured, nor can we provide a tracking number. You are responsible for any duties levied, and we cannot be held liable for any shipment seized by customs. Shipping times may vary greatly depending on your location. Some on-line book sellers may provide a much less costly alternative as they have negotiated discount rates with various shippers. You are also welcome to call us as some countries may have a significant
CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We handle your personal information with the utmost care and use it only to process and fulfill your order. Your credit card and contact information is captured on a secure server and encrypted by Secure Lockets Layer (SSL) software for transmission to the credit card processor. This process has been independently assessed to meet high standards of security. When we confirm an order, we do not reveal any part of your credit card number.
If you do not feel comfortable placing your order on-line, you may call us at 310-857-6935 to place an order by credit card (or to send in a check), or visit your local, independent bookstore.
In order to receive periodic emails regarding new titles, special offers and information about Siglio and the artists and writers we publish, you will need to sign up for our MAILING LIST, as we do not automatically add you to it when you place an order. We do not share, barter, sell or rent our mailing list information with anyone.
